General / Custom Bonded / Free Trade Warehouse

We have agreements with one of the reputed General Warehouses and Custom Bonded Warehouses and Free Trade Warehouse Zone (providing SEZ Unit facility). As per the logistics requirements of the shipper / consignee for ad-hoc, short term, medium term and long term stay of their goods / materials in the warehouse for pre-shipment / post-shipment activities and thereafter, moving the shipments to CFS for Export stuffing and Loading , in case of exports and that for door delivery to consignee door , in case of imports.

General warehouse facilitates ad-hoc, temporary stay of the goods/shipment at the warehouse depending upon situation for e.g., other cargo/consignment awaited to club with or pre shipment inspection to be conducted and shipping bill not ready yet any extra labelling, packaging to be performed and so on so forth. We have tied up with a good set up General Warehouses in the vicinity of JNPT/Nhava Sheva which makes quicker and faster connections to the port area.

Custom Bonded Warehouse helps the exporters who are importing any raw material or other goods which are to be processed and to be re-exported to third country after certain time frame post arrival at JNPT/Nhava Sheva. This arrangement saves their time and cost in moving the goods/consignment to the plant for addle processing and re-exporting the same to their overseas buyers by saving (i) import custom duty (ii) without incurring cost of transportation from Nhava Sheva to their actual factory / plant and bringing back for exports and other benefits by opting for Custom Bonded Warehouse.

Free Trade Warehouse Zone – FTWZ / Special Economic Zone – SEZ – Under this arrangement , the exporter – domestic company or foreign company can become SEZ Unit holder when they have regular flow of imports consignments moving in Nhava Sheva and they have to perform secondary packaging by unpacking and re-packing, sorting of materials , processing of materials to meet the specifications of the overseas buyers and so on and then, moving the shipment for actual export ex-Nhava Sheva for loading. It helps them (i) save custom duty (ii) shipment can stay in the FTWZ/SEZ for unlimited time without payment of duty (iii) they have to pay duty only when the goods are cleared in domestic area (iv) no insurance required to be taken (v) no GST payment to be made (vi) no stamp duty payment to be made and many other benefits associated with it.
